Mr. Mash has demonstrated success in setting up clinical research centers in the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia and has provided sponsors with 80% rate of patients prescreened entering into trials and being retained. Mr. Mash has been in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 3 decades.​

Jill Heinz

Advisory Board Member

Jill has worked in the research industry for over 20 years and has been involved with clinical research studies ranging from those funded by the National Cancer Institute, Investigator Initiated, and Private Industry. She has experience in studies that include oncology, family practice, orthopedics, pain management, glaucoma, and now COVID-19. She owns two successful clinical research companies, is the Chief Operations Officer for Patient Focus Solutions, and is a consultant for other clinical sites that want to enhance the efficiency of their clinical operations

Wes Spears

He is the founder of The Weston Group which is an Information Technology company that provides low cost basic IT maintenance and support and high value custom solutions to US markets including healthcare.

He is responsible for integration of partners and clients into the Unicist Confederation.

Since 2011 he has been participating in research projects that deal with organizational behavior and innovative business process design.

He is a member of the Business Council of The Unicist School, which is a non-profit organization that promotes the use of evolutionary constructivism in the social field.

He is participating in Business Research with The Unicist Research Institute that researches markets, develops technologies, business objects, logical tools and expert systems to foster adaptability, growth and profitability. ​

Jeff Lyle

Jeff Lyle is both a Diplomate and Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with 47 years of broad spectrum experience as a healthcare executive, including non/for-profit, union/non-union, small and CAH hospitals, University Level 1 Trauma Center, Public Health, Group Specialty Practice, Hospital and Free Standing Oncology Centers, Correctional Healthcare with Nationwide Multi-site responsibility, clinical trials, domestic/international program and facility consulting.

He has led and participated in strategic planning efforts, managed multi-million dollar new construction/renovation projects, orchestrated and managed 4 successful financial turnarounds - most recently going from a $1.7M loss to a $14k profit in 1 full fiscal year. Mr. Lyle has led 2 successful hospital start-ups, including the re-opening a closed facility, going from vacant building with no staff, equipment or physicians, to a state licensed, CMS approved facility in 60 days, achieving profitability by the end of year 3 of operation, while concurrently leading a successful voter-approved tax levy campaign and multi-million dollar bond issue.

He currently serves on the Boards of Warrior Wellness and the Texas State Workforce Commission. ​
